I mentioned in my last 7 Quick Takes that I was currently reading Eat Fat, Lose Fat by Sally Fallon and Mary Enig. Well, I'm just about ready to start phase 1 of their quick and easy weight loss plan, and I've started a separate blog to track my progress. EFLF is based on REAL FOOD and traditional foods principles; it's not your standard low-fat, low-calorie diet that's just a recipe for malnutrition and relapse. I'll visit, and know I'm praying for you to have much health and success in your endeavor! Diets are usually failures, as you've pointed out..but a healthy lifestyle is what makes it last..
